You Found This for a Reason
Maybe you saw something on TikTok that finally named what you have been living.
Maybe you have been searching for words to describe a relationship that left you questioning your own reality.
Maybe you are a mother trying to hold yourself together while holding everything else together, and you are exhausted in a way that no one around you seems to understand.
Maybe you just knew, somewhere in your body, that something was off — and you needed a space that did not rush you toward okay.
Whatever brought you here: welcome. You do not have to explain yourself.
What This Space Is
The Soft Strength Project is a trauma-informed space for women who are done surviving and ready to rebuild — on their own terms, in their own time, without pressure to perform their healing.
This is not a hustle space. This is not toxic positivity. This is not a 30-day transformation program.
This is slow, honest, nervous-system-aware work. The kind that actually sticks.
Who This Is For
You are in the right place if:
- You are recovering from a relationship — romantic, friendship, or family — where you consistently left feeling confused, diminished, or like you were “too much”
- You have started to recognize patterns like love bombing, emotional manipulation, isolation, or being used as a source of supply
- You are co-parenting with someone who uses conflict as a weapon, and you are trying to protect your peace and your child without losing yourself in the process
- You have ADHD, anxiety, or a history of trauma and you are trying to understand why healing feels harder for you than it seems to for other people
- You are a mother who is rebuilding her life and trying to do it with clarity instead of chaos
- You are tired of healing spaces that feel like another thing you are failing at
Where to Start
If you are brand new, start here:
→ You Do Not Need to Forgive in Order to Heal
This is the piece that explains the core philosophy of this space. If you have ever been told to forgive before you were ready, or that your anger means you have not healed — read this first.
If you want to understand what happened to you in a relationship:
Coming soon: The Red Flag Real Talk series — naming the patterns of emotional extraction, love bombing, and proxy conflict in plain language.
If you are navigating ADHD or neurodivergence alongside trauma:
Coming soon: ADHD and Motherhood — why healing is harder when your nervous system already works differently, and what actually helps.
If you are rebuilding your sense of self after chronic stress:

A Note Before You Go
This space is for reading, reflecting, and returning to when you need it. There is no timeline here. There is no checkpoint you need to reach. Come back when something is calling you. Leave when you need to rest.
The work will be here.
So will you.
